Not good- stomach issues
I had a very bad experience with this. After using it on very first day, it caused severe bloating and loose motion. It doesn’t seem to suit the stomach at all. Definitely not recommended for those with sensitive digestion or expecting a clean gainer supplement. And it also tastes like some sugar syrup

I tried this mass gainer, it's really good, I noticed significant difference in my body, easy to digest and taste also is good, also quantity is a lot, If you take one scoop everyday, Easily can last for 2months
